We have loved living in Village Green and will really miss the community, friendship, and opportunities we've had here. Village Green is a great place to live with parks, schools, the Old Market, the children's museum, the zoo, and the Lauritzen Gardens (which you get free membership to and exclusive holiday parties at) so nearby.
225 Arbor Court is a two bed, 1.5 bath townhome with a basement. It is located next door to the office/clubhouse, which definitely has its perks! Our parking spot is just to the West of our unit, leaving a nice grassy area out front. It is set away from the other townhomes which offers some privacy, but also has the benefit of an extended "backyard" in the park out front.
This unit is non-smoking and has had no pets for the last 4 years. The air conditioner was replaced the summer of 2016, the furnace replaced the summer of 2017, and the dishwasher hookups replaced the winter of 2016, giving you peace of mind. Village Green is also planning on refinishing the original flooring throughout the house before the next owners move in.
The Home Owner Association fee is $305/month for this unit. It goes towards water, garbage, maintenance, and land management.
